Madi Spence is a creative thinker, social entrepreneur, and advocate for education and youth empowerment. A graduate of Babson College with a degree in Social Entrepreneurship, she combines her passion for art and storytelling with a dedication to innovation and gender equity, especially concerning access to education.

Her global experiences have deeply influenced her work, including studying abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, where she took classes and volunteered in the community, in Malaysia to explore social responsibility in business, and in Grenada for a passion project focused on youth development and educational opportunities. 

Madi’s commitment to advancing opportunities for girls education and women empowerment reflects in her work with LetAllGirls, a nonprofit improving education in South Sudan. She also continued to build her professional network through her participation in the Babson’s WIN Lab, to continue growing her fashion activism clothing brand, Rose Mosaics. In this space, she honed her entrepreneurial skills alongside women innovators and creatives. Additionally, Madi was recognized for her creative talents, as she received the Babson’s MLK Creativity Award in 2022 for artwork addressing inequality in education in Zimbabwe.
